AI Engineer

LITSLINK is looking for a Trainee AI/ML Engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to grow through real projects, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, explore modern AI technologies, participate in AI-driven initiatives, and contribute to internal and client projects involving Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, and automation.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in building and improving AI-powered solutions.
• Work with datasets, model evaluation, and experimentation.
• Support development of applications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Learn how to integrate AI models into real products and business workflows.
• Participate in AI research, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical leads, and mentors.
• Explore and apply modern AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Deep Learning concepts and neural networks.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar.
• Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Computer Vision and/or NLP.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn.
• Intermediate+ English.

Nice to Have

• Personal AI/ML projects.
• Experience with Hugging Face.
• Experience building AI agents, RAG systems, or AI automations.
• Kaggle participation, hackathons, or research activities.
• Familiarity with Git.
