AI Engineer

We are building an early-stage AI-native B2B product in the talent technology space and are looking for a strong Founding AI Engineer to join at the MVP stage.

You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of the product’s technical architecture and development from 0 → 1.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend and full-stack development skills
• Hands-on experience with production AI/LLM applications
• Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, tool calling, and structured outputs
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations
• Ability to design product architecture from scratch
• Strong product thinking and ability to work independently
• Experience building and launching products from 0 → 1
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

What You’ll Do

• Build the first version of an AI-native B2B product
• Own core technical architecture and engineering decisions
• Develop AI-powered workflows and agentic systems
• Build backend, product interfaces, and external integrations
• Design scalable data architecture
• Take the product from MVP to real-world usage
• Help shape the future engineering team and technology roadmap

• RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or vector databases
• Agentic workflows and orchestration
• Matching or recommendation systems
• Knowledge graphs
• AI evaluation and monitoring
• Data enrichment/search APIs
• Experience with high-load or data-intensive products
• Previous startup or founding-engineer experience
