AI Engineer
Sloboda Studio is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a high-visibility, company-wide AI Transformation initiative for an international enterprise partner. Operating like a fast-moving startup within a large organization, this program focuses on embedding AI capabilities into customer-facing products and automating internal workflows. You will join the dedicated GenAI Feature Team to design, develop, and orchestrate agentic AI solutions and LLM-powered workflows built on top of the company’s internal AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered business use cases and automation tools across multiple departments.
- Build, maintain, and optimize agentic workflows and advanced agent orchestration systems.
- Implement complex LLM integrations and system orchestration logic.
- Collaborate closely with the GenAI Core Team to align features with the internal AI platform.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into high-impact, scalable AI solutions.
- Contribute directly to architectural decisions in a rapidly evolving, product-oriented environment.
- Ensure long-term maintainability, robust code quality, and strong ownership of the feature lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML production experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Deep understanding of agentic workflows, AI agents orchestration, prompt engineering, and end-to-end AI application development.
- Experience with RAG systems, Google Vertex AI, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms is a strong plus.
- Fluent technical English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication skills, a product-oriented mindset, proactive ownership, and comfort working independently through ambiguity (“building the plane while flying it”).
