Description:
Senior AI engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents and orchestration frameworks across four parallel squads. Focuses on agentic architectures, multi-agent systems, and LLM integrations.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop production-grade autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Guide technical implementation of AI agents across four parallel squads, ensuring consistent, reusable architectural patterns
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with external APIs, proprietary toolkits, and databases to enable functional tool-calling
• Optimize prompt engineering strategies, context window usage, and state management to support stable, long-running agent workflows
• Implement monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks to trace agent decision paths and model outputs
• Design and deploy AI solutions on public cloud platforms; AWS experience strongly preferred

Required Skilld:

• Python, AWS (Bedrock, AgentCore)
• Experience designing and integrating AI/LLMs into enterprise applications, including MCP, A2A, structured outputs, and agent skills
• MLOps/AIOps practices, including versioning, testing, monitoring, and evaluation
• Upper Intermediate Level of English
