Our client is a leading B2C e-commerce company in the Nordics and Benelux, helping businesses procure office supplies, PCs, laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment. They are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong Software Engineering background to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that solve real business problems.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build scalable AI-powered applications using Python and Microsoft AI technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into AI solutions.
- Deliver production-ready applications following software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to Dustin’s AI Center of Excellence by promoting responsible AI and engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, particularly AI agents or agent-based systems.
- Ability to design and implement:
- AI agents;
- orchestration logic;
- end-to-end workflows;
- business process automation;
- production-ready AI applications.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready applications.
- Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Agentic Framework.
- Experience working with cloud-native AI solutions.
