AI Engineer (Claude Code — Enterprise Level)

About the Role: This is the most decisive role at the most important moment.
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our growing AI team and expand our capacity to deliver AI-powered solutions at scale.
You will work alongside existing AI Engineers—designing and building multi-agent systems, creating internal applications through Claude Code, and accelerating AI adoption across business units.
The core of this role is rapid development of large, complex systems using Claude Code as the primary development methodology—not as a feature, but as the engine of the entire build process.
You will collaborate closely with multiple teams to understand their processes, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into practical, high-impact solutions.
You will also work side-by-side with DevOps on deployment and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnering with Business Units (Discovery → Prioritization → Build)
- Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions (Agents, automations, internal apps).
- Run UAT cycles, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
- Ensure alignment, adoption, and satisfaction from each unit.
2. Internal AI App Factory — Claude Code First
- Use Claude Code to rapidly build internal applications: backend, frontend, workflows, and APIs.
- Orchestrate multi-agent pipelines that handle real organizational complexity.
- Perform functional reviews of generated code and ensure it meets production standards.
- Build reusable templates and standards that accelerate future AI-assisted development.
3. Architecture & Collaboration
- Define how applications should behave, integrate, and scale.
- Collaborate with DevOps on deployments, environments, and CI/CD.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code is a must — you build with it, not around it.
- Proven ability to rapidly develop large and complex systems end-to-end.
- Experience in Prompt Engineering and multi-agent LLM architecture.
- Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent business English — mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in DevOps or software development (a significant advantage).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
- Experience creating PRDs (Product Requirements Documents).
- Previous experience implementing GenAI tools in an enterprise environment.

- Quality and stability of AI outputs (accuracy, consistency, low hallucinations).
