We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our engineering team and build modern AI-powered software products for the US market.

This is a software engineering role for developers who actively leverage AI in their daily work and are excited about building intelligent applications rather than working within a single technology stack.

Depending on the project, you may work with Node.js, Java, or .NET, while applying modern AI engineering practices, LLMs, AI agents, MCP, and AI-assisted development throughout the software lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and build AI-powered software applications and backend services;
Build and integrate AI agents, LLM-powered features, and intelligent workflows where appropriate;
Work across modern backend technologies, including Node.js, Java, and .NET, depending on project needs;
Integrate external APIs, AI services, and cloud platforms;
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions;
Apply AI-assisted engineering practices throughout development, testing, documentation, and debugging;
Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.

What We Are Looking for:

Hard skills:

5+ years of commercial software engineering experience;
Strong experience with at least one modern backend stack (Node.js, Java, or .NET);
Readiness to work across multiple technologies depending on project needs;
Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs;
Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

AI Experience — nice to have:

Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar APIs;
Experience with MCP;
Experience with AI agents;
RAG;
Vector databases;
LangGraph / LangChain;
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Soft skills & communication:

Strong communication skills with a pragmatic, direct, and time-efficient approach.
Focus on real tasks, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
Ability to ask precise questions and provide concise, actionable updates.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment, with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
