We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help our Legal and Compliance teams automate operational and product tasks, improve internal processes, and work more efficiently with AI.
This role is for someone who enjoys finding better ways to do things, building practical AI solutions, and turning manual processes into automations. You’ll work closely with our teams, understand their needs, and implement solutions that make a real difference.
What you’ll do
- Build AI agents and automations for Legal and Compliance teams.
- Automate routine tasks.
- Improve how teams handle information, internal requests, and recurring processes.
- Identify manual tasks that can be automated and suggest practical solutions.
- Test, maintain, and improve AI agents and workflows.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and turn ideas into working solutions.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, or automations.
- Experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Ability to independently turn business needs into working solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Experience or a background in Legal, Compliance, Banking, Finance, Fintech, or a similar field.
- English B2+.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Flowise, or similar platforms.
- Basic programming skills and experience working with APIs.
- Experience with contracts, compliance processes, or financial services.
- A degree or professional background in Law, Finance, or Compliance is a plus.
