AI Engineer

🔍 We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Expert to support our business development and presales activities by helping clients identify, evaluate, and design AI-powered solutions.

This is a flexible, part-time engagement focused primarily on AI-related presales, technical discovery, solution architecture, and project estimation. Depending on business needs, the expert may also contribute to proof-of-concept development, technical validation, and selected implementation activities.

The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and Delivery teams to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.

🎯 Must-Have for the Position:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI solution engineering, with demonstrated expertise in designing practical AI solutions.
• Experience in client-facing technical consulting, AI presales, solution architecture, or technical discovery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI use cases, technical approaches, and realistic project estimates.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and modern Generative AI approaches, including LLM-based solutions and RAG.
• Strong Python skills and practical familiarity with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience evaluating data requirements, integration complexity, deployment considerations, and technical risks.
• Understanding of cloud-based AI architectures and the practical considerations of moving AI solutions into production.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

🎯Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client-facing presales meetings, discovery sessions, and technical consultations.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities and assess their technical feasibility and business value.
• Design high-level AI/ML solution architectures tailored to client requirements.
• Estimate project scope, effort, timelines, complexity, and implementation risks.
• Contribute to technical proposals, solution descriptions, and presales presentations.
• Define approaches to PoCs and MVPs to validate proposed AI solutions.
• Explain AI capabilities, limitations, and implementation trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support Sales and Business Development teams throughout the presales process.
• When needed, contribute to PoC development, technical validation, or part-time implementation support.

🎯 As a plus:

— Experience with edge AI or IoT solutions for smart hospitality services.
— Familiarity with security and data privacy regulations in the hospitality industry.
— Masters or PhD in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields is an advantage.
