About project:
Our Customer is one of the biggest companies on the market of home entertainment consumer electronics devices that strives to provide their clients with high-quality products and services.
Project goals include automation testing of the video and audio content and other services available via digital media players using a custom test automation framework.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the solid automation test framework and infrastructure.
- Developing new and updating existing automation scripts.
- Code review.
- Debugging issues and creating bug reports.
- Documentation creation.
- Communication with international teams (US, UK).
Manual work: about 20%.
Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and extending automated test frameworks and test suites.
- Good knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and software testing lifecycle.
- Understanding of test automation design patterns, including Page Object Model (POM).
- Experience with Scrum/Agile;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, developed interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated, energetic, and able to easily switch between assignments.
