Automation QA Engineer

We are looking for a Junior AQA Engineer to join an energy-related IoT project focused on solar energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial use. The role combines Python automation with hands-on manual testing across multiple environments, covering web, mobile, UI, API, regression, smoke, and load testing.

Required for this role

• Practical experience with Python for test automation
• Experience with Pytest and Playwright
• Experience with API testing and automated API test coverage
• Hands-on manual testing experience across multiple environments
• Experience with smoke and regression testing for both UI and API
• Experience with web and mobile testing
• Understanding of test coverage and the ability to combine automation with hands-on testing
• Experience working with Jenkins and Bitbucket
• Experience with load testing using Locust, including developing automated load testing scripts
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for communication in a professional environment

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated regression testing scripts for UI and API
• Develop automated load testing scripts using Locust
• Run load tests, analyze the results, and quantify system issues
• Perform manual testing across multiple environments
• Perform smoke and regression testing for UI and API
• Test web and mobile functionality
• Build and improve automated test coverage using Python, Pytest, and Playwright
• Work with Jenkins and Bitbucket as part of the testing workflow
