About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong Python expertise to build and maintain stable, scalable automated test frameworks.
You will work closely with Agile development teams, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures and identify root causes, and continuously improve test reliability and overall product quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining automated BDD UI tests (Playwright).
- Expanding API test coverage.
- Writing schema validation and contract tests.
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Working closely with manual QA Engineers, Developers, PMs, and DevOps Engineers.
- Improving automation reliability and reducing flaky tests.
Must-Have Requirements
- 6-7+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for test automation.
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable automated test frameworks.
- Solid understanding of test automation best practices, test architecture, and QA processes.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze test failures and quickly identify root causes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
- Strong focus on test stability, maintainability, and overall product quality.
- English at a level (B2+) sufficient for daily communication with the team.

- Experience with cloud environments (AWS).
- Experience with performance testing (Locust).
- Experience with metrics (Grafana).
