Automation QA Engineer

Our Customer:
A product company building AI-driven platforms for high-load digital services in the travel and hospitality domain.

Your tasks:

• Build QA automation framework from scratch
• Design and implement E2E, regression, and API test automation
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and backend
• Collaborate with developers on quality at all stages of development
• Use AI tools to support test creation, debugging, and analysis
• Define and maintain automation standards and quality gates
• Improve stability, coverage, and release reliability
• Participate in technical discussions related to architecture and quality

Required experience and skills:

• 8+ years in QA Automation / Quality Engineering
• Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch
• Strong experience with Playwright or Cypress MCP
• Experience with API testing
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD integration
• Experience with Docker
• Strong scripting/automation skills
• Experience using AI tools in QA/engineering workflows
• Understanding of distributed or microservices systems
• Experience in high-load production environments
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Ownership mindset, ability to work independently
• Strong communication in cross-functional teams
• English: B2 or higher

Would be a plus:

• Self-healing or AI-driven test automation experience
• Experience with large-scale microservices systems
• Performance or reliability testing experience

Working conditions:

• 5-day working week, 8-hour working day
• Remote work
