Automation QA Engineer

CRMOZ has been an official Zoho Corporation partner for over 10 years, serving clients worldwide. We specialize in implementing, integrating, and supporting Zoho Software and other related technologies.

We are currently looking for a strong Automation QA Team Lead who will not only drive and maintain test automation processes but also lead the team, improve QA practices, and contribute to overall product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve automated testing processes and strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and support team growth.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites.
• Define and implement QA best practices and tools.
• Analyze test coverage and improve quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with other roles and teams.
• Participate in release planning and risk assessment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• 1+ years of experience in a QA Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with API testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation architecture.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• English level: Upper Intermediate.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance testing.
• Experience working with cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
