Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a strong backend engineer to help build and scale the systems behind a high-load, real-time product used by millions of players. You’ll own critical microservices that power real-time data processing, mass-notification campaigns, and internal CRM tooling — with real ownership over architecture, not just tickets.

Responsibilities:

— Design and develop microservices using Node.js/NestJS
— Build and optimize high-load services processing real-time data
— Develop/optimize marketing and mass-notification pipelines (bulk messaging campaigns for a multi-million user base)
— Work with event streaming (Kafka), analytics storage (ClickHouse), and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
— Design internal CRM solutions for customer data and business operations

Required qualifications:
— Prior experience in the gambling/betting industry is mandatory (production experience with high-load products serving millions of users)
— Experience in iGaming
— 5+ years of commercial backend development experience
— Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript — expert level
— Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message brokers
— ClickHouse or experience with big-data storage for analytics
— MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB
— Docker, Kubernetes
— Experience designing microservice/event-driven architectures
— English — Intermediate or above

Nice to have:

— FinTech/crypto platform experience
— Python (Django/Flask), Celery
— AWS/GCP
— Experience working in remote outstaff teams
