About the Project
The client is a global B2B technology company that provides high-performance platforms for CRM, Payment Gateway, and other products.
They build advanced technology solutions for one of the most dynamic and high-load industries in the market.
This is a long-term project focused on further development, scaling, and optimization of backend systems that process large volumes of real-time transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Scala.
- Work with Akka Streams / Apache Pekko.
- Build and optimize microservices handling high transaction volumes.
- Integrate third-party payment providers, and cryptocurrency payment methods.
- Improve transaction processing performance and reduce API latency.
- Implement audit logging, event sourcing, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
- Write, test, debug, and maintain high-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the Tech Lead, developers, QA, and other team members.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
Requirements
• 5+ yearsof overall professional software development experience.
• 3+ yearsof experience with Scala.
• 2+ yearsof experience with Akka Streams or Apache Pekko.
• Experience with high-load backend systems or microservices.
• English B1+ and above.
