Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions according to defined standards, patterns, and best practices
- Configure and develop business logic, business processes, and case management flows
- Implement UI/UX using Freedom UI and classic client modules
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/OData, webhooks, connectors)
- Maintain and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
- Perform development testing and unit testing
- Participate in code review and enforce code quality standards
- Package, version, and deploy Creatio configuration changes (workspaces, packages, CI/CD)
- Update and maintain solution specifications to reflect actual implementation
- Collaborate with business analysts and QA within an Agile team
Background
- 2+ years of experience in .NET-based software development (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core)
- 1+ years of experience working with Terrasoft / Creatio CRM
- 1+ years of experience with high-load projects
- Intermediate English or higher
Skills
OOP:
- Strong knowledge and correct usage of OOP principles
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles
- Knowledge of design patterns and when to apply them
.NET Framework / .NET Core / C#:
- Experience with ORM frameworks and ADO.NET
- WCF or Web API experience (REST/SOAP) is a must
- Experience with .NET Core 8 (Web API, minimal APIs, dependency injection, configuration/hosting model) is a strong plus, given Creatio’s ongoing migration to .NET Core
- Understanding of differences and migration considerations between .NET Framework and .NET Core in the context of Creatio
- Experience working with DI containers
- Strong LINQ and collections knowledge
- Experience with xUnit (or NUnit) for unit testing
Creatio Platform (core):
- Solid understanding of Creatio architecture: packages, workspaces, schemas, business processes
- Strong hands-on experience with Freedom UI: pages, sections, business rules, data sources, custom components/handlers
- Experience with the Process Designer (BPMN) and Case Designer
- Experience customizing the data model, object designer, and access rights
- Understanding of Creatio’s client-side (Freedom UI + classic ClientUnit/Ext.js modules) and server-side (C#, source code schemas) customization
- Experience with clio (Creatio CLI) for local development, package deployment, and DevOps workflows is a strong plus
- Familiarity with the Creatio Marketplace and app packaging/distribution
- Awareness of Creatio’s AI/Copilot capabilities and how they integrate into business logic is a plus
JavaScript / TypeScript:
- Strong AJAX/asynchronous programming understanding
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript (types, interfaces, generics) — required for Freedom UI component development
- Understanding of MVVM or similar patterns
- Experience with Angular or modern JS/TS frameworks is a plus (relevant for classic UI customization)
Databases:
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL (T-SQL)
- Experience with high-load databases
- Experience writing stored procedures, views, and functions
- Understanding of query optimization and indexing
DevOps & Tools:
- Experience with Git (SVN is a plus for legacy projects)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Creatio deployments
- Understanding of Creatio deployment models: on-site vs. Creatio Cloud
- Basic Docker/containerization knowledge is a plus
Other:
- Ability to work within an Agile/Scrum approach
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with IIS administration
- Basic experience with HTML and CSS
- Creatio Developer certification
- Experience with low-code configuration for Sales/Marketing/Service Creatio products
- Experience integrating Creatio with third-party services (payment gateways, telephony, messengers)
