We are expanding our development team and looking for a Middle/Senior .NET Developer with strong backend development skills and an interest in modern AI-assisted development practices.
About the Role
We are looking for a Middle/Senior .NET Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our team.
You will work on developing and maintaining scalable backend solutions, designing new features and microservices, and integrating with third-party systems.
We are looking for a proactive, independent developer with strong problem-solving skills who can take ownership of tasks, contribute to architectural decisions, and leverage AI-powered coding tools and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software components according to technical requirements and design specifications.
- Implement solutions using traditional coding approaches and AI-assisted Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
- Participate in architectural design and development of new features, system components, and microservices.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze, clarify, and refine technical and business requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-tested code.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development practices.
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs and external systems.
- Deliver reliable, scalable solutions and support their implementation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development using C# and .NET.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Solid understanding and practical application of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Good knowledge of relational databases, including SQL and database optimization.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases and caching solutions.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Strong understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and async/await.
- Good knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, Docker, and WebSocket technologies.
- Practical experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants, such as OpenAI Codex or Claude.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with AI-assisted Spec-Driven Development (SDD) workflows.
