Backend Engineer

.NET & AI Tech Lead

Tasks:

• Lead and coordinate the backend engineering team
• Design, develop, and enhance backend services using .NET
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable and high-load systems
• Design and evolve microservices and event-driven architecture
• Develop REST APIs and integrations with external/internal services
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, performance, and security
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and solution discovery
• Research and evaluate new technologies and engineering approaches
• Participate in the development and integration of AI-powered solutions and automation features
• Contribute to the growth of the company’s AI and innovation direction

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in C# / .NET development
• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core
• Experience designing scalable microservices and high-load distributed systems
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, REST APIs, and system integrations
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL, ORM tools (Entity Framework / Dapper), and performance optimization
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git, logging, and monitoring
• Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions
• Experience in development or integration of AI-powered solutions, automation tools, AI services, or intelligent data-processing systems
• Understanding of modern AI/ML technologies and ability to participate in AI-driven product and architecture decisions
