Backend Engineer

At ZentixSoft, we are currently expanding our outstaffing operations for a key US-based fintech project and looking for a strong Senior Rust Backend Engineer with direct EVM blockchain integration experience.
 

Below are the core details and parameters of the request:

📋 Request Snapshot:

• Role: Senior Rust Backend Engineer (Fintech / Blockchain / EVM).
• Format: Full-time outstaff engagement, 100% Remote (EU-based).
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Schedule: Flexible with required partial overlap with US PST hours.
• Project Scope: US early-stage fintech platform combining on-chain transactions with traditional banking/payment flows. High level of autonomy, zero micromanagement, and full ownership over production services.
   

🎯 Key Requirements (Must-Have):

1. Rust Production Experience: 7+ years in commercial software engineering with 2–3+ years of active Rust in production.
2. EVM / Blockchain Integration (Critical): Direct hands-on experience building backend systems interacting with Ethereum / EVM chains (RPC, event indexing, transaction lifecycle, key signing, chain reorganizations).
3. Database & Financial Logic: Strong PostgreSQL (audit trails, transaction integrity) and experience in precision-critical systems (payments, ledgers, lending).
4. Communication: Fluent written/verbal English for direct technical discussion and architectural reasoning.
