Backend Engineer

.NET Engineer | Microsoft Teams & Voice Communications

We are looking for a .NET Engineer to join our product team working on a voice communication platform with deep Microsoft Teams integration.

This role is focused on backend development and communication-related functionality, including calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data. You will work with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Graph APIs, develop new features, maintain existing integrations, and troubleshoot production issues.

We are looking for an engineer with commercial experience in Microsoft Teams integrations and a good understanding of how communication and voice functionality works in real-world products.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Build and support integrations with Microsoft Teams
• Work with Microsoft Graph API and Teams communication APIs
• Develop functionality related to calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data
• Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to Teams, calls, and recordings
• Improve the performance, stability, and scalability of backend services
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the platform

   

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core
• Commercial experience with Microsoft Teams integrations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with Teams calls, meetings, recordings, or communication APIs
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations with external services
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and integration patterns
• Experience troubleshooting production issues
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
