About Us

MTicket is a technology company operating in the ticketing and live events industry. Our platforms support ticket sales, event management, payments, marketing, customer interactions, and various business operations.
We are actively developing our AI engineering direction to introduce intelligent automation and AI-powered functionality into our products and internal processes.
We're looking for a Senior Python AI Product Engineer who can turn ideas and business challenges into real, production-ready AI solutions.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building products, experimenting with modern AI capabilities, and delivering working solutions.
We're not looking for someone who simply uses AI coding assistants. We need an engineer who has already built and launched AI-powered applications using LLM APIs.


 

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and launch AI-powered applications and product features using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers through APIs.
• Build intelligent assistants, AI agents, and automated workflows to solve real business problems.
• Develop backend services that connect AI capabilities with existing business systems.
• Implement LLM tool/function calling, structured outputs, and multi-step workflows.
• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and internal services.
• Work on AI solutions for ticketing, customer support, marketing, analytics, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with other engineers to build scalable and reliable AI-powered functionality.
• Take ownership of features from technical design and implementation to deployment and production support.
• Continuously improve AI functionality, response quality, performance, and API usage costs.

• Backend: Python, FastAPI
• AI: LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Architecture: REST APIs, backend services, third-party integrations

Our approach is pragmatic: we choose technologies based on the problem we're solving rather than relying on a specific AI framework.


 

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Python backend development experience.
• Solid commercial experience with FastAPI and backend API development.
• Proven experience building and launching AI-powered applications or product features in production.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs through APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar).
• Experience developing AI assistants, AI agents, intelligent automation, or multi-step LLM workflows.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, databases, and backend architecture.
• Experience implementing and maintaining production applications.
• Ability to independently design and deliver complete features.
• Understanding of AI application limitations, error handling, response validation, and API cost management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and a product-oriented mindset.
• Ukrainian or Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing AI-first SaaS products or commercial AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or MCP.
• Experience building AI workflows involving multiple tools or external services.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, prompt optimization, and structured output validation.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, payments, ticketing, or marketing automation.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and asynchronous backend processing.
• Experience independently shipping products from idea to production.

• How the product was deployed and improved based on real-world usage.
