Backend Engineer

Technical Skills
-3+ years of commercial Golang development experience in production systems
-Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
-Proficiency with gRPC and Kafka for high-performance service communication and
event streaming
-Advanced database knowledge (PostgreSQL or Google Spanner) including schema
design, indexing, and query optimization
-Experience with profiling and benchmarking Go applications (pprof or similar)
-Ability to design and implement complex automated processes such as cron jobs with
dependencies, retries, and monitoring
-Skilled in writing clear API documentation and technical specifications

-Self-driven with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
backlog.

Languages:

• Ukrainian — Native
• English — Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken)
• Russian — a plus (large part of team is Russian-speaking people from Latvia and Kazahstan)

-Designing and operating high-load, distributed architectures in production
environments
-Delivering scalable microservices from concept to deployment
-Working in cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical features
-Troubleshooting and optimizing systems in real-time, high-traffic environments
-Experience with ERP domain is considered a plus
