Backend Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join the project as soon as possible.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role
• Strong Python and FastAPI skills
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas
• Basic AWS knowledge, including Batch, CloudWatch, ECS, and S3
• Linux or macOS as a daily operating system — non-negotiable
• Strong written and spoken English

• Availability to start ASAP

   

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating WhatsApp, SMS services such as Telnyx, and email platforms such as Postmark
• Experience with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or HTTP streaming
• Experience building chat applications
• Hands-on experience with LMS integrations, including LTI, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SAML, REST APIs, and webhooks
• Experience with Canvas, Brightspace/D2L, Moodle, or Blackboard
