Backend Engineer

Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python 3.x;
• Experience with Django REST Framework. GraphQL experience is also welcome;
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP or Azure;
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL;
• Understanding of API design principles and RESTful APIs;
• Experience integrating LLM-powered features into products, including retrieval, AI agents, tool calling, and structured outputs;
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code;
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools, including building and maintaining automated workflows and integrating APIs and AI services;
• Basic knowledge of Git and Webpack;
• At least one year of commercial development experience.
   

Experience with React.js would be a significant advantage.
 

Non-Technical Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong written English and good spoken English communication skills;
• Understanding of the Scrum framework and team roles;
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
