Backend Engineer

.NET Engineer (Microsoft Teams / Voice Platform)

We are looking for a .NET Engineer to join a long-term product project focused on voice communication and Microsoft Teams integrations.
 

The platform works with calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data. You’ll develop backend services and integrations connecting the product with the Microsoft Teams ecosystem.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# / .NET and ASP.NET Core
• Build and support Microsoft Teams integrations
• Work with Microsoft Graph API and Teams communication APIs
• Implement functionality related to calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Troubleshoot production issues related to Teams and voice functionality
• Improve backend performance, stability, and scalability
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial C# / .NET development experience
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and backend development
• Commercial experience with Microsoft Teams integrations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with APIs related to Teams calls, meetings, recordings, or communications
• Experience integrating third-party services and APIs
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Ability to independently investigate and solve technical issues
• English: B2+
   

Will be a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Graph Communications APIs
• Teams compliance recording or call-recording solutions
• Experience with VoIP, telephony, UCaaS/CCaaS, or contact center platforms
• Real-time audio/media processing experience
• Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, or RTP
• Experience with SignalR / WebSockets
• Experience with Azure
