Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to help shape the future of alternative investing. You’ll be part of a team making it easier for wealth advisors and high-net-worth clients to access alternative assets, and for fund managers to connect with fresh capital opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs
Participate in defining system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Design RESTful APIs, and where applicable, GraphQL endpoints for frontend and mobile clients.
Implement data migrations, indexing, caching (Redis/Memcached), and background job processing (Sidekiq/Resque).
Maintain high standards of test coverage using RSpec, Minitest, or Capybara.

Role Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience in production environments.
Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
PostgreSQL (strong SQL optimization skills)
Experience deploying to AWS (ECS/EC2/Elastic Beanstalk), Heroku, or GCP.
Strong communication skills: English B2+
