Backend Engineer

We are looking for 3 Senior Java Developers to join a long-term project in the banking and payment systems domain.

Must-have requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with Java
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Practical experience with Kafka
• Experience with REST / SOAP integrations
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with S3
• Solid experience developing and maintaining production-grade backend applications
• Good understanding of distributed systems and integrations
• Good English communication skills
• Commercial experience in banking, payment systems, FinTech or payment processing
• Current location in European Union

Highly preferred:

• Experience working on large-scale banking or payment platforms
• Experience with transaction processing or payment flows
• Experience with high-load and distributed systems
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems and APIs
