What We Expect of You

• Take ownership of the Slize platform knowledge, understanding its architecture, core functionality, customer-specific solutions, and how different components interact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable development tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Ability to create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Experience managing project scope, identifying requirement changes, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing features based on business value.
• Good understanding of software development and testing processes, with the ability to identify potential risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in requirements.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive approach, and focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.

• Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to continuously improve processes and solutions.

   

Your Past Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working on e-commerce projects for international clients.
• Previous hands-on experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester is required.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test cases, bug tracking, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience defining clear acceptance criteria and collaborating with QA and development teams to ensure delivered functionality meets business requirements.
• Practical experience with requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, user story creation, and feature documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, business processes, and integrations.
• Experience with web and mobile applications, B2B Commerce, business applications, or B2B self-service portals.
• Strong interest in product management, user experience, and software development best practices.

• Fluent or advanced English and Ukrainian, with the ability to confidently participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

   

Would Be a Plus

• Experience working with MACH architecture or composable commerce solutions.
• Familiarity with API integrations and basic technical concepts related to web applications.
• Experience with UAT planning and coordination.
• Certifications such as IIBA CCBA, CBAP, OMG UML, or OMG BPMN.
