Cross-platform Mobile Engineer

We’re now expanding into the Mental Health space with a new venture. Our mission is to help people find peace in chaos, build resilience, and live fulfilling, balanced lives.

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer for part-time cooperation with our team.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and support functionality for our iOS, Android, and Web products
• Implement new features and improvements within an existing Flutter codebase
• Investigate and resolve bugs reported by QA and users
• Integrate and maintain communication with backend services
• Participate in feature estimation and technical planning
• Support release preparation and timely delivery of builds
• Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, performance, and user experience
• Collaborate closely with a small cross-functional team to deliver product goals

About you:

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter development experience
• Experience developing and maintaining applications for iOS, Android, and Web from a shared codebase
• Understanding of software architecture principles and scalable code organization
• Experience integrating APIs and external services
• Understanding of clean and maintainable application architecture
• Ability to independently deliver features, improvements, and bug fixes
• Experience supporting releases and collaborating with QA and backend teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic approach to development

Would be a plus:

• Experience working in startups or small product teams
• Experience with subscription-based or consumer mobile applications
• Experience with Firebase services and analytics tools
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices for mobile and web products
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and contributing to product decisions
• Experience improving application performance and stability
• Familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console
