APERCON is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology function of a major international iGaming company.
🔹 Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in a CTO or similar senior technology leadership role within iGaming / gambling
— Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling high-performing technology teams
— Strong expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity
— Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps
— Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
— Strong understanding of scalable and high-availability systems
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Responsibilities:
— Lead and manage the technology team, overseeing product development and technical operations
— Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap in line with business goals
— Ensure the security, scalability, reliability, and performance of systems and platforms
— Drive technological innovation and identify opportunities to improve the company’s products and infrastructure
— Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and assess their potential business impact
