The Defense Procurement Agency (DOT) is a national agency responsible for procuring ammunition, UAVs, military equipment, fuel, food, clothing, and other critical supplies for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Defense Forces.

We are looking for a BI Analyst / BI Developer to help turn data into actionable insights, develop BI solutions, and provide teams with reliable analytics to support informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain BI solutions, from data sources to dashboards and reports.
- Analyze business needs, explore data, and translate stakeholder requests into effective analytical solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models, Power BI reports, and SQL queries.
- Improve and evolve our analytics infrastructure using modern data tools and approaches.
- Work with dbt and Airflow to build and maintain analytical workflows.
- Ensure data quality and contribute to monitoring processes and early detection of data issues.
- Review existing BI solutions, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that analytical solutions meet users’ needs and support decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in BI, business analytics, or data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL, including report and query optimization.
- Understanding of data modeling principles and how to build high-quality data models.
- Experience building end-to-end BI solutions, from data sources to dashboards.
- Understanding of modern approaches to analytics infrastructure and data workflows.
- Experience working with dbt and Airflow.
- Understanding of data quality assurance and monitoring principles.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate problems independently and find solutions.
