R&D | Data-Driven Efficiency Engineering
We are a leader in technological innovation, specializing in the development of advanced robotic platforms.
We are looking for a Performance Engineer to join our R&D team and focus on data analysis, research, and evaluation of robotic system performance, as well as developing approaches to improve our technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and factors affecting the efficiency of technological solutions
- Collect, process, analyze, and visualize data obtained during robotic system testing
- Develop tools to automate data collection, processing, and analysis
- Develop metrics, methodologies, and criteria for evaluating system performance and efficiency
- Conduct performance testing and analyze experimental results
- Evaluate system interfaces against SLA, OLA, and QoS metrics
- Apply statistical and probabilistic methods to analyze system behavior
- Formulate and validate hypotheses to improve system performance and efficiency
- Prepare technical documentation, analytical reports, and present research findings
- Collaborate with R&D engineers and developers to improve technological solutions
Requirements:
- Knowledge of data science fundamentals, mathematical statistics, and other data analysis techniques
- Technical education in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Understanding of probability theory and probabilistic logic
- Programming skills in Python, Bash and TypeScript
- Understanding of technical system testing and performance evaluation principles
- Ability to analyze and visualize data and interpret results
- Ability to formulate hypotheses, conduct research, and draw data-driven conclusions
- Technical documentation and analytical reporting skills
- Strong analytical and abstract thinking, attention to detail, initiative, and creative problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with experimental data and statistical modeling
- Experience in test automation and performance analysis
- Understanding of robotics, embedded systems, or other complex technical systems
- Experience in R&D or research-oriented projects
