About the Role & Project:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join an existing data team and strengthen a long-term outstaff engagement for our client — a global leader in premium live event experiences and hospitality.

• Domain: (Entertainment / Live Events)
• Project Focus: Maintenance, optimization, and scaling of existing data systems
• Team Structure: ~15 specialists (Engineers, Data Scientists, PMs, Analysts) with Senior/Lead mentorship available
• Engagement: Full-time, long-term (6+ months)
• Location & Schedule: Remote (8-hour workday, schedule shift overlap until 20:00 Kyiv time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and interactive reports.
• Build and optimize dimensional data models for reporting and self-service analytics.
• Perform EDA, validate data quality, and automate recurring reporting processes.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and transformation across cloud sources.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in Data Analytics or BI roles.
• Languages & Querying: Advanced SQL and Python (or R).
• Data Warehousing & Modeling: Experience with Cloud DWH (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery), dimensional modeling, and familiarity with dbt.
• BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau (preferred), Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or Adobe Analytics.
• Languages: Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) and fluent Ukrainian.
• Schedule: Ability to work hours overlapping until 20:00 (Kyiv time).
