- Investigate alerts end to end: triage, deep dive, and turn findings into clear action items and remediation plans.
- Combine multiple data sources, including the Trustmi intelligence trust network and external threat feeds.
- Support customers’ payment processes and workflows, helping them operate securely day to day.
- Deliver professional, proactive and personal service that keeps customer satisfaction high.
- Work closely with the research and development teams, feeding field insights back into the product.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by writing fraud analysis reports and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role in the cyber or fraud domain.
- Exceptional analytical skills, a research orientation, and creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Hands-on experience in research, information gathering, monitoring and analysis.
- Experience with Python for data analysis.
- Self-initiative, strong multitasking and a problem-solving approach.
- Professional, articulate communication with excellent written and verbal English.
Nice to have:
- Pandas or other Python data analysis libraries.
- Experience working with and configuring rule engines.
- Incident response and computer forensic investigations.
- Working with NoSQL databases.
- AI coding tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code or similar.
Location and schedule:
The role is based in Ukraine and works on a US timezone schedule, so a significant part of your working day overlaps with US business hours to support customers in real time. Please make sure this schedule works for you before applying.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary.
- Hands-on work at the forefront of cyber fraud prevention, protecting real payments for real organizations.
- Close collaboration with a world-class research team and R&D teams.
- Real impact on the product: your findings shape detection logic and best practices.
- Professional growth in a fast-moving cyber fraud tech ecosystem.
- An international, supportive team.
