About the Role
As a Data Analyst in the Email Marketing Department, you will play a key role in supporting the team by providing data-driven insights for decision-making. Your main tasks will include analyzing products distributed through the email marketing channel, market analysis, target audience (TA) evaluation, selecting appropriate content, and achieving the team’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance to evaluate KPI and ROI achievement.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing email content, sending times, and audience segmentation.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance strategies based on analytical findings.
- Ensure proper storage, processing, and updating of the contact database.
- Monitor compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR/HIPAA).
- Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Present analytical results and recommendations for improving campaigns in line with set objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with LookerStudio;
- Deep understanding of working with ClickBank, Digistore, Buygoods, and Everflow;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, campaign optimization techniques, and segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- English level at least B1+;
