We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst (PostgreSQL+ Power BI)
The role focuses on building and improving the existing BI platform, working with
SQL-based data marts, Power BI dashboards and HubSpot CRM used by company management.
Tech Stack:
- SQL views & analytical tables
- HubSpot
- Power BI Desktop / Power BI Service
- Semantic data modeling
- DAX
- BI dashboards & reporting
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize ETL / SQL logic for single-source analytical tables
- Design and maintain Power BI data models (semantic modeling, DAX)
- Design and maintain HubSpot data reports and track data entry in CRM
- Fix missing data transformations and resolve data inconsistencies
- Create and support Power BI dashboards and visualizations following existing design templates and standards
- Optimize SQL performance and data structures for reporting
- Ensuring data quality and reliability; documentation management.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with PostgreSQL (query optimization, analytical tables, views)
- Experience with Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
- Ability to structure and prepare data for BI reporting
- English B1+
- Previous experience: working in SaaS or other Tech/IT companies
- Skills: SQL, Python, ETLs, API integrations, Power BI and other BI tools, large data clean-ups
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or any other CRM platforms
