We are seeking skilled professionals to work on an international project focused on building, optimizing, and scaling modern data infrastructure.

Position 1: Data Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines, integrate data sources, and build reliable data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines.
Integrate data from multiple sources.
Develop and optimize SQL queries.
Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.
Optimize data processing performance and costs.
Collaborate with Data Architects, analysts, and other technical teams.
Document technical solutions and processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
Hands-on experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines.
Experience with modern data platforms and data warehouses.
Understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse concepts.
Experience with Apache Spark or similar big data processing technologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of data modeling and database optimization.
Experience with Git and CI/CD.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
Must be currently based in the USA.

Nice to Have

Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Knowledge of Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar orchestration tools.
Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms.
Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience building real-time data pipelines.

Position 2: Data Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of data platform architecture, develop scalable data storage and processing solutions, and establish technical standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve data platform architecture.
Develop architectural solutions for data storage, processing, and integration.
Define Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures.
Develop data modeling and data integration strategies.
Select technologies and platforms based on business requirements.
Establish standards for data quality, security, and governance.
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of data solutions.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
Document architecture and technical standards.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related fields.
3+ years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar architectural role.
Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture principles.
Hands-on experience designing scalable data platforms.
Expertise in Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures.
Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of Python.
Experience designing data models and complex data integration solutions.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of modern data processing and storage technologies.
Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Security principles.
Experience evaluating technical solutions in terms of performance, scalability, and cost.
Experience collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
Must be currently based in the USA.

Experience designing cloud-native data platforms.
