Requirements:
- Oracle-to-PostgreSQL modernization
- Database migration programs
- Legacy database decomposition
- Data migration strategies
- Database coexistence architectures
- Enterprise application modernization
- Domain separation and data ownership
Responsibilities:
- Assess feasibility of alternative database technologies
- Identify migration complexity and blockers
- Evaluate coexistence approaches
- Estimate transformation effort and risks
