Senior Data Scientist (Python)
We’re looking for a Strong Middle/Senior Data Scientist to join our client, a UK-based technology company specializing in decision intelligence, data science, and applied AI. Its flagship product, supports analytics, automation, and decision-making in mission-critical systems across financial services, manufacturing, life sciences, high-tech, and other industries.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will join the Advisory, Research & Digital Services (ARDS) team in Warsaw, developing data science solutions and integrating them into the company’s core product.
This is a hands-on position combining machine learning with substantial Python development. You will join a team at an early stage of its development, with opportunities to take on broader technical responsibilities as the team grows.
Must-have for the position
- 3+ years of professional experience;
- Strong hands-on Python development skills;
- Practical experience with NumPy, SciPy, and pandas;
- Solid machine learning background with hands-on scikit-learn experience;
- Familiarity with Keras and JAX/XLA;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
- Open-mindedness, adaptability, and willingness to take on substantial Python development alongside data science responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop data science solutions and integrate them into the core Omega product;
- Apply machine learning techniques to product development;
- Perform substantial hands-on Python development alongside data science activities;
- Contribute to the technical development of the Omega platform;
- Take on evolving technical responsibilities as the ARDS team grows.

The project focuses on developing and enhancing a decision intelligence platform that supports analytics, automation, and decision-making.
The platform is used in mission-critical environments across financial services, manufacturing, life sciences, high-tech, and other industries.
The Advisory, Research & Digital Services (ARDS) team, based in Warsaw, develops data science solutions and integrates them into the core platform.
The team is currently at an early stage of development, offering opportunities to contribute to its growth while combining machine learning expertise with hands-on software development.
