Database Engineer

We’re looking for a success-driven Database Administrator (MongoDB & Relational) for one of our clients.

Full-time, long-term position with the flexibility to work either from the office or remotely.

Requirements:

— 4+ years of combined experience across data platforms, including at least 2 years in a DBA role (MongoDB and relational databases, infrastructure, and application support).

— Hands-on data engineering experience (Airflow preferred).

— AWS experience (minimum 1 year).

— Advanced T-SQL development skills.

— Proficiency with Git and modern code management workflows.

— Strong understanding of backup, recovery, security, and data integrity principles.

— Excellent problem-solving skills with strong algorithmic thinking.

— Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

— Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

— Experience with dbatools, Redgate SQL Toolbelt, Coralogix.

— Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Liquibase.
