Join us for a unique 3-month offline full-time paid internship that offers personal and professional development.

The program will give you the opportunity to work with us in the future as a Data Engineer, using a modern technical stack including MS SQL Server, Snowflake, and AI-assisted development tools.

As an AI-first company, we encourage engineers from the very beginning of their careers to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate learning, improve code quality, troubleshoot issues, automate repetitive tasks, and work more efficiently — while always understanding, validating, and taking ownership of the final result.

Required skills

● SQL Development with T-SQL;
● Development with SSIS;
● Knowledge/Experience of working with data warehouses;
● Interest in using modern AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools for development and learning;
● Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated suggestions instead of using them without verification;
● Database optimization is a plus;
● English — Intermediate level or higher.

● Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Economic Cybernetics, Computer Science or any related field;
● Completed classes focused on Data Structures and Algorithms;
● experience with MS SQL studio;
● SSIS, SSAS, SSRS;
● Experience using AI tools for SQL query generation or optimization, debugging, documentation, data analysis, or learning new technologies;
● Basic knowledge of Python;
● Personal, university, or pet projects involving databases, ETL, analytics, automation, or AI-assisted development.

Обов’язки

● Develop and maintain ETL processes;
● Create and maintain SSIS packages in project and package mode;
● Develop new databases and data warehouses for reporting;
● Perform ad hoc and structured data analysis;
● Develop complex and efficient queries, data validation processes, and data extracts as requested;
● Perform database tuning and optimization when required;
● Use AI-assisted development tools to help analyze SQL queries, investigate errors, generate documentation, explore possible solutions, and automate repetitive engineering tasks;
● Validate AI-generated code and recommendations for correctness, performance, security, and alignment with project requirements;
● Continuously explore how AI can improve everyday database development and ETL workflows.

We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Database Developer Trainee to join our development team working with modern data technologies.

The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and motivated to grow into a Data Engineer. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to work with complex data, ask questions, experiment with new technologies, and continuously improve their engineering skills.

We also believe that modern engineers should know how to work effectively with AI. During the internship, you will learn not only database and ETL development, but also how to use AI tools as an engineering assistant — for troubleshooting, code review, query optimization, documentation, research, and automation.

The goal is not simply to generate code with AI, but to understand the solution, verify it, improve it, and remain responsible for the final technical decision.
In this position, you will work with existing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability, perform daily ETL and basic DBA tasks, and participate in building new ETL solutions.
