Join our team developing a cutting-edge AI-powered platform that leverages Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver highly relevant, privacy-focused digital experiences through low-latency, real-time distributed systems.

As a DevOps, you will contribute to building and enhancing low-latency, high-performance distributed systems that process millions of real-time requests. You’ll work within an autonomous Agile team on algorithm development, system optimization, and cloud-native services while collaborating closely with experienced engineers, data scientists, and product teams.

The project offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges in real-time bidding, high-QPS systems, NLP, machine learning infrastructure, big data, and global cloud platforms, using modern engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Unix system administration experience and familiarity with common Unix command
  line tools
• Experience with Docker and deploying containerised applications into AWS
• RDBMS Administration experience or at least experience working with at least one
  type of relational database
• Minimum of 1 year of Java or Python experience with exposure to entire web
  application stack
• Experience of deploying to and monitoring systems in AWS, including log
  aggregation, tracing in a micro-services architecture and alerting
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or equivalent)
• Experience of Terraform or Cloudformation
• Delivery focused and commitment to achieving deadlines, demonstrating excellent
  organisation and time management skills
• Solution focused, with demonstrable problem analysis and resolution skills
• Willingness to embrace AI native engineering practices in the workplace

Desiarable:

• Experience of testing IaC and infrastructure deployments
• DNS Management experience
• Experience of configuration management tools (Puppet / Chef)
• AWS sertified
• Experience is one of the following domains:
  
  • FinTech / High-Frequency Trading (HFT)
  • Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Industrial Automation / Simulation
  • Game Backend Development
  • AdTech / RTB platforms

Functions:

• Automate as much as possible to ensure creation and updates to infrastructure are
  testable and repeatable
• Ensure solutions are robust and technically fit for purpose and are designed with
  consideration for support and management in a production environment
• Test driven development, Continuous Integration, Infrastructure as Code
• Adherence to our development standards and practices, ensuring work is developed
  to accepted good engineering standards
• Deploying to cloud based infrastructure, replicated across multiple locations globally
• Ensure the underlying systems are maintained to current LTS versions and that
  minor updates are applied promptly
• Ensure our infrastructure is secure, regularly tested and monitored for intrusion
