DevOps Engineer

About the Project

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong Python expertise to work on the core engine behind an AI assistant.

The platform processes customer requests within a regulated environment, with a strong focus on security, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure as code using Terraform, Docker, and ECS
• Manage IAM, AWS Secrets Manager, encryption, security, monitoring, and logging
• Build and expose data through REST APIs
• Maintain a clean GitHub workflow, including branches, pull requests, and code reviews
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using pytest
• Implement security scanning and support platform performance optimization

Requirements

• Solid cloud expertise, preferably with AWS
• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Practical experience with IAM, AWS Secrets Manager, ECS, and encryption
• Hands-on experience setting up infrastructure security, monitoring, and logging in AWS
• Experience building and exposing data through REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of GitHub team workflows, feature branches, pull requests, and code reviews
• Experience writing automated unit and integration tests using pytest, including mocking and fixtures

• Experience with security scanning and platform performance

   

Nice to Have

• Experience in telecom, fintech, or a similar regulated industry
• Exposure to agentic systems, LLM orchestration, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Location: Poland (priority for candidates locally based in Poland)
