DevOps Engineer

About the role

We’re Techbar — a tech services company led by seasoned delivery professionals and engineers.

We help startups, product companies, and digital businesses build and scale software teams through staff augmentation, dedicated squads, and full-cycle product delivery.

Now we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help our clients build reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. You will work with modern cloud-native environments, supporting product teams in delivering highly available and automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Improve deployment processes, reliability, and system scalability
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Support development teams in improving DevOps practices
• Maintain infrastructure security and compliance best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize infrastructure performance

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline automation
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
• Experience administering Linux-based systems
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Good English communication skills

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments
• Experience with GitOps practices
• Experience working with high-load production systems
• Experience with service mesh or advanced Kubernetes networking
• Experience with cost optimization and infrastructure scaling strategies
