DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Azure Platform Engineer to join a strategic cloud transformation initiative for a leading international company in the coffee industry, specializing in green coffee trading, sourcing, logistics, and supply chain services.
In this role, you will design, build, and evolve Azure platform capabilities that enable development teams to deliver cloud solutions securely, efficiently, and at scale. You will play a key role in establishing cloud standards, automation frameworks, and governance practices while supporting the organization's long-term Azure strategy.
Your tasks:
- Design and evolve Azure Landing Zones and core platform services
- Develop Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation solutions
- Define and implement governance, security, networking, and compliance standards
- Establish monitoring, logging, and observability practices across the platform
- Support development teams in platform onboarding and adoption
- Contribute to the Azure platform roadmap and architecture decisions
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams
Your skills:
Must have:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Landing Zones and enterprise-scale cloud environments
- Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep, as well as CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Solid knowledge of cloud networking, security, governance, and compliance best practices
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for cloud platforms
- Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
- Fluency in English
Tax residency in Ukraine
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS) and containerized environments
- Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization
- Experience supporting large-scale cloud transformation programs
