  • Configuring observability — Prometheus, Grafana, centralized logging, and alerting — for continuous operation and fast issue resolution;
  • Implementing audit trails, log retention, and change-management practices, and participating in incident response and postmortems;
  • Collaborating closely with developers, QA, architecture, and project management, and explaining infrastructure decisions to the client’s technical team.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who has:

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps engineer role;
  • Strong experience with AWS, including EKS, RDS, IAM, VPC, and KMS;
  • Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred);
  • Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform;
  • GitOps experience with ArgoCD;
  • Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery principles, plus hands-on experience with backups and recovery;
  • Hands-on experience with an observability stack — Prometheus, Grafana, centralized logging, and alerting;
  • Good understanding of cloud security: secrets management, IAM least privilege, network segmentation, and image scanning;
  • Solid understanding of networking and microservice architecture principles;
  • Ability to estimate tasks realistically and communicate progress and risks on time;
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with multi-region disaster recovery setups;
  • Experience with Terragrunt and HashiCorp Vault.
