DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support and develop the infrastructure of the Nuxeo product, an enterprise document management platform.

What you will do: Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, administer Linux servers, monitor system performance, and work with the data storage and processing stack (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MinIO). Automate routine tasks and contribute to the ongoing development of the product infrastructure.

Requirements:

1-3 years experience in DevOps / SysAdmin / Infrastructure Engineer role

Skills:

• Linux — confident administration of Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS systems; user permissions management, process management, network configuration, and systemd
• Git — working with branches, merge/rebase workflows, and PR/MR management
• Jenkins — building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, Jenkinsfile development, and build triggers
• Bash/Python/JavaScript — scripting for automation of routine tasks
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS)

Monitoring:

• Prometheus — metrics collection, basic understanding of PromQL, and exporter configuration
• Grafana — dashboard creation and alerting rule configuration

Data Storage and Processing:

• MongoDB — basic administration, backup and recovery, replication, query understanding, and clustering
• Elasticsearch — indexing, basic search, and clustering
• Kafka — understanding of message broker concepts: topics, partitions, producers/consumers, and basic cluster administration
• MinIO — S3-compatible object storage, bucket and policy configuration, backup management, LSync, and RSync

Additional (Nice to Have):

• Docker — basic containerization knowledge and experience
• AWS — experience working with cloud infrastructure
• English — Intermediate+ level for working with technical documentation
