Reply.io is a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses automate and scale their sales outreach. We were among the first to build an AI SDR into our platform, now used by thousands of customers worldwide — AI is how we think about the product and how we operate internally, not a feature we bolt on.

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, run, and scale the infrastructure behind a fast-moving AI SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who’s versatile by nature — comfortable moving into unfamiliar territory, working through it methodically, and delivering a solution without waiting to be told how. We run a broad infrastructure stack, so versatility matters more than deep expertise in any single tool. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything we use, but we do expect you to figure things out.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and the Architect. Complex, high-stakes decisions are made together — you bring the problem and your take, and we work it out as a team — while day-to-day operations you run independently.

👉 If your success formula is: Own the stack + Figure out the unfamiliar + Ship the fix — you’ll thrive here.

🎯 What you’ll do:

  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure
  • Run Kubernetes (AKS): deployments via Helm and ArgoCD, troubleshooting, health checks, and cluster upgrades
  • Manage cluster networking — VPNs, virtual networks, and gateways
  • Handle secrets & access management — key vault integration and certificate management
  • Write and maintain Terraform configs for cluster and networking provisioning
  • Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and alerts using OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch, and Prometheus
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps

🧩 Requirements:

Must-have:

  • 2+ years in a DevOps or SRE role*, including 1.5+ years running Kubernetes in production
  • Direct ownership of infrastructure decisions — you’ve been the first or second person responsible for infra in your team, not one of many engineers in a large DevOps org
  • Experience working on Azure, AWS, or another major cloud
  • Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting production Kubernetes — you’ve owned clusters, not just watched someone else’s
  • Helm for packaging and templating Kubernetes deployments
  • Terraform and an IaC mindset
  • Bash
  • Intermediate (B1)+ English

*If your formal time in a DevOps role is shorter but you’ve had production ownership of clusters, apply anyway and tell us in a note what you ran.

Will be a plus:

  • ArgoCD or another GitOps-based delivery tool (we run ArgoCD; if you’ve done GitOps elsewhere, you’ll pick it up)
  • Grafana and hands-on observability — dashboards, alerting, and using metrics to diagnose production issues
  • Azure and Azure DevOps
  • GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • FinOps and cloud cost management

How we work:

  • Availability over fixed hours — when things are set up well, this isn’t a 40-hour grind, and most of the time it’s less. We need someone broadly reachable rather than clocking a strict schedule, including later in the evening by Kyiv time when something urgently needs fixing. If alerts fire on a weekend, we need someone who takes a look, says “on it in an hour,” and follows through. No hard on-call pressure — but if something’s on fire, we expect you to engage.
  • Ownership, not escalation-avoidance — when you hit a hard problem, come to us with “here’s the issue, here’s what I’m seeing, here are the options,” rather than disappearing into it for a week or waiting to be told what to do. We trust you to know when to escalate.

🎁 What we offer:

  • High ownership of the infrastructure — real freedom to shape systems and processes
  • Close collaboration with the CTO and Architect on the decisions that matter
  • Work with a modern stack (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Grafana) with room to shape it
  • 100% remote work with minimal meetings and zero bureaucracy
  • Coverage of professional courses, gym memberships, or therapy sessions
  • AI-first culture — we actively use advanced AI tools and cover premium software costs
  • 15 paid vacation days, 🇺🇦 national holidays & ~10 days of Christmas vacation
  • Sick leaves without limitations
  • Access to internal training, literature, and knowledge sessions

⏳ Hiring process: No take-home assignment, no live coding.

  1. Intro call with our HR team
  2. Technical interview
  3. Final conversation with our CTO and Architect

If you’re excited about owning infrastructure end-to-end, figuring out the unfamiliar, and shipping the fix yourself — we’d love to hear from you!
