DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a healthcare project and work closely with the client team on cloud infrastructure strategy, system reliability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the client team to define and implement AWS infrastructure strategies.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments on AWS.
• Configure and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence.
• Implement and optimize infrastructure components using AWS services such as ECS, RDS, SQS, SNS, SES, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Route 53, CloudFront, ALB, and WAF.
• Support authentication and authorization solutions using Auth0.
• Work with Datadog and other monitoring tools to establish effective observability practices.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide recommendations for system optimization.
• Participate in technical discussions with client stakeholders and propose best-fit cloud solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including ECS, RDS, SQS, SNS, SES, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Route 53, CloudFront, ALB, and WAF.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, scalability, availability, and security best practices.
• Experience configuring monitoring, logging, and observability platforms, preferably Datadog.
• Experience working with authentication and identity management solutions such as Auth0.
• Understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, CDN, and cloud security.
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with healthcare or regulated domains.
• Experience with Mixpanel or other product analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting systems integrated with Stripe.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
